Iron Ticket and Operation Go Get It Enterprises do not perform, supervise, inspect, approve, certify, or guarantee any construction, equipment operation, repair, installation, workmanship, craftsmanship, materials, jobsite conditions, safety practices, licensing, regulatory compliance, or services documented through the platform.

All job information, equipment readings, photographs, descriptions, rates, estimates, invoices, signatures, and other records are entered or approved by users and their customers. Contractors, equipment owners, operators, employers, customers, and other responsible parties remain solely responsible for verifying those records and for the quality, safety, legality, completion, and suitability of all work performed.

Users and the responsible parties remain responsible for:

• Reviewing the accuracy of all information.

• Workmanship and craftsmanship.

• Jobsite and equipment safety.

• Required licenses, permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Materials, labor, pricing, taxes, warranties, and payment obligations.

• Property damage, personal injury, defective work, and incomplete work.

• The conduct of employees, operators, subcontractors, customers, and other third parties.

Use of Iron Ticket does not create a contractor-client, employer-employee, agency, partnership, inspection, engineering, accounting, insurance, or professional-advisory relationship between Iron Ticket or Operation Go Get It Enterprises and any platform user or customer.

Iron Ticket and Operation Go Get It Enterprises are not parties to agreements between users and their customers. They are not responsible for disputes involving payment, project scope, delays, property damage, personal injury, equipment damage, defective work, incomplete work, licensing, permits, taxes, warranties, or representations made by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Ticket and Operation Go Get It Enterprises disclaim warranties regarding user-entered information and are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate entries, user error, unauthorized use, service interruption, reliance on platform-generated documents, or the acts or omissions of users or third parties.

Nothing displayed or generated by Iron Ticket constitutes a professional inspection, certification, warranty, legal opinion, accounting opinion, engineering opinion, safety approval, or guarantee of payment or performance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
